Health Providers use this contact form to ask an Associate to assist during a consultation.
The Associate enters a scheduled Consultation by clicking on the Health Provider's picture to the right of the contact form and enters their name into the signon screen.
The Health Provider will then allow you to enter the room but only if you are authorized to do so by the Health Provider. The Health Provider controls ALL ACCESS to the Consultation room.
